Three rounds of interviews: phone, school-based administrator, and group. If you’ve been referred for the position by a current employee, you may be permitted to skip the phone interview. The final interview will involve a content-based lesson — describe your planning process to the admin, then present the lesson to a group of teachers, students, or both. Assume that the admin doesn’t have any prior knowledge of CS concepts; they usually don’t.
