Chicago Public Media interview questions

The interview process was incredibly detailed, which I appreciated, but it ultimately felt unnecessarily long and drawn out. While I understand the need for thoroughness, the number of steps and extended timeline seemed excessive at times and could have been streamlined without compromising the quality of evaluation.

One screening call, a brief written strategy prompt and a written product assignment, followed by 3 behavioral interviews. Interviews were easy and largely unstructured. They were hiring for several roles and seemed to have some uncertainty about the scope of each role. Interviews were very different than most product interviews in being largely conversational and lacked focus.
