I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Chicago Bulls in Apr 2026
Interview
Received a hirevue invite about 3 weeks after submitting my application (Questions 4-6). Then 2 weeks later, I received an invitation to a first round interview with the inside sales program manager, senior account executive, and an HR person. It was a breakout room style interview, kinda weird tbh. Didn't make it past that round but the next step is an interview with members of the sales team I believe.
The interview process lasted 5 months, with very little communication from the team. I was asked to complete several different interviews, in addition to a take-home project. In the end, the team hired someone without informing me that the process was over. Incredibly bad experience, demonstrated no care for the applicants

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chicago Bulls (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process was very intense, with video recorded submissions vs a phone screening, a work sample, you don't speak with anyone from the team or get the chance to ask questions until you make it to the 3rd round which is a 90 min session being interviewed in 3 30 min sessions with 2 people at each session, the final session is an in person session with the Team and Vice President who does not ask any questions but makes you take the lead on conversation. The former director was very intense and agressive and the team seemed burnt out.

Questions were around removing the lens of community work and being aware you are working for white billionaires with self interest
