Initial people you speak with didn’t have a grasp on the expectations for the BCBA role. They weren’t able to provide any clarity without deferring to a pre-recorded video which was concerning as it seemed internal employees were not aware of their needs for candidates or the values for the organization.

They are very selective. You have to be friendly and outgoing. Asking questions is also important. They want to know that you are serious and very interested in working with them.
