Interview
Easy, they basically take everyone. They emailed me a list of questions to answer. Also nice, that they take people with no fashion experience. If you express interest in earning anything they will hire you.
The interview essentially via email. Extremely easy process! Additionally, it's such a small company that reaching out to anyone in the department you're interested in will most likely land you an internship.
