two interviews after the initial recruiter call. One of the interviewers was disengaged, didn't seem to care for any of the questions asked and ended the interview after 30 mins. I think she was working the whole time and not listening. The other interviewer was great! Asked thought provoking questions, dialed into answers to ensure he understood and took notes. after both interviews were completed, they never followed up with me that I wasn't advancing to the next stage, I had to email the recruiter to find out the status. Pretty unpolished process overall.

Met with recruiter via phone screen. Interviewed with HM via video call. HM gave a ton of info about the role, then did back and forth questions. Information given was pretty detailed.

They asked me to describe an accomplishment where the problem required bringing multiple teams/personnel together across adversarial lines.
In my interview, we agreed that I would be a match for a different role. From there, despite several follow-up emails, I was ghosted as expected. Interviewers, however were nice and explained the company and role very well.
Phone screen with recruiter, 45 minutes with hiring manager, 45 minutes with hiring manager's supervisor, panel of 4, 45 min cross functional interviews. Okay interviews, feedback was very poor and interviewers were stuck to a script and only wanted to hear what they were digging for instead of letting me (the candidate) give the answer I felt was best.
