I was working with a Recruiter and had a behavioral round with a Design Manager. Recruiter sets up an interviews based on Operating Principles. This is the first interview after initial screening with the recruiter.

Interview
The recruiter scheduled an intro call and didn't turn-up. Highly unprofessional as I made time in the middle of my work day. I think this is a recurring thing at Chewy because i read a similar review written by someone else for the same position (Product designer). Disappointing
There was an Initial call with a recruiter
Then, a portfolio review
Then later, a larger group portfolio review
Break out sessions with other designers who asked me questions about how I work with others
Full day between reviews and interviews

Sent in my resume, they scheduled an interview, and then never showed up to the interview, and didn't respond to any emails about it after I tried to follow up
