Recruited through college career fair. Liked the process and treated prospective employees well, and I have see bad interviews before. Did interview in school and next interview on the job site. On site interview was half a day where you meet several managers and supervisors from different groups, they incorporated breakfast and lunch with the interview where you go with different groups of people. You get a guide who is with you through all the meetings for the day.

The interview process is pretty standard format. I round robin interview panel, with representatives from the business and human resources as well. Lasted approximately 45 minutes. Interviewers were cordial and professional.
