Interview
I applied online, got invited to take an aptitude test. Passed that and was invited to take a cobra test. Passed that and was invited to interview and was given an offer a week later.
Did a fit for duty exam, a physical, drug and alcohol test and background check (criminal history, education history, employment history)
And Respirator fit test.
Started about a month and a half after all that.

Few behavioral questions.
Asked you about your experience and how it could be valuable at cpchem. Ask you to explain a simple distillation Column. Ask you how to explain a simple LOTO situation.

Interview
There was an onsite site mechanical and behavior test. Once passed there was a Cobra Test. Once passed there was only 1 interview with 1 HR person and 3 other employees (panel interview). Once you pass the panel interview next is the offer letter.

Interview
From application to interview was almost 2 months. The process is long. The interview was very relaxed and not intimidating. There were 6 interviewers that took turns asking questions. Lasted about 30 minutes. They were all very friendly and gave me a few seconds to collect my thoughts before answering questions.
