Chester County Intermediate Unit interview questions

If you are selected for an interview, the first step is a video assessment that you complete. It had several questions, and then you record your response to each question. What was nice was that each question allowed 1 retake, so if you messed up, you could redo your response! The second round of interview was over Zoom. The questions were multi-layered, so be prepared to think about thorough responses. The only feedback I would have for the interview team is to reach out to your candidates when you say you will.
