Straight forward. Discussed background, achievements and what I will bring to the company. Position sounded nice community outreach to the senior underserved population but compensation was very low which would explain the churn and burn for this role. Salary $40-45k, commission $150-200/patient. $300 car allowance, $800 for first three months during ramp up. 15-20 new patients expected per month. You can do the math on this one. This role would be good for someone fresh out of college.
