straight forward few questions they call you, they were in need of worker though might be different or not. I was hired during job fair in Oklahoma, and contact them the following week and everything went from there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chemoil (Long Beach, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Short and simple. Group interview with at least 3 people. Mainly describe the job description rather than questions. The interview was probably less than 30 min long and then after take a IQ test. If hired onto the company there will be a drug and back round screening.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chemoil in Nov 2015
Interview
Bare minimum. Less than 5 minutes to interview. Getting an interview is heavily favored to those you know already working there. The pre employment process was your typical oilfield screening for drugs and physical. Then you take eight hours of safety classes and then you wait to be assigned to a job. Took my group almost a week and was a chaotic disorganized process where nobody knew where we were meant to be.
