Three step Video interview with Professional Services Director followed by a video call with Managing Director and a video call with President & CEO on a saturday. (Since they wanted to move quickly with the hiring ) Proceeded with sharing the details about employment. Was made an offer and then retracted the next day. Reason: too much work involved around hiring.
