Applied online, got an automated response that says (quote) "Even if there is not a fit, you should hear from us pretty quickly because we know the job search can be frustrating and we do not want to keep you waiting." - this is a complete lie. They'll never get back to you. Your application will never move from the "Application Received" stage to the "Review" stage each time you check on the status on SmartRecruiters. They really need to update their automated response to remove this statement.
