1st round interview with team manager, then have written test to test the reconciliation skills and explain the reason for discrepancies. Will ask questions related to balance sheet entries, foreign exchange posting, have to focus on talking about your experience on balance sheet management. Have 2nd and 3rd interview with Team head and department head.
