Chazin interview questions

After applying they give you two tests to take. One test covers accounting and finance questions and the other test covers Excel. The test are very long. After taking the tests I got an interview. The recruiter asked me a few questions and after about 10 minutes said the fact I did not have non-profit experience disqualified me from the job. There is nowhere on my resume that indicated I had that experience so why did they waste my time taking those tests if that was a dealbreaker?

Two interviews. One was with HR screening and the other with manager I would be working under. Both were very great interviews. HR rep definitely asked a lot of questions and answered a lot of my questions.
