Once you apply, if you fit what they are looking for then the owner or vice president will reach out to you by phone. If they like what they hear, you will be asked to come in for a working interview. This will consist of performing the job you applied to for a few hours in the working day while being mentored. Be sure to pay attention to detail/maybe suggest a way to create further efficiencies.
