I was recommended by an employee. Had one interview with my supervisor, and then an interview/conversations with a few people I would be working with (both peers and at the level immediately above me). I received an offer from an executive recruiter, who made it clear that there was very little room for negotiation, especially on the salary. Chase has thousands of employees at this level (basically junior vp) across all of their different business units, so salary comparisons on glassdoor weren't particularly helpful, since it was hard to find a direct comparison.
