Interview
After completing an online application, I was asked to meet for a one on one interview. During that session, the interviewer had a list of standardized questions that they were required to ask. These questions were a series of what-if's, to determine how I would react in given situations. I provided the answers. The interviewer was not necessarily comfortable with that format but stated it was required.
