I recently completed the interview process for the Operations Analyst Program. I was very pleased with the initial call with my recruiter. The recruiter was very knowledgeable and engaging and answered all of my questions in great detail. From there, I was interviewed by two people at the same time. This interview was rather disappointing. From the beginning, the senior leader showed no interest in anything I had to say and even appeared to be doing other tasks during the call. The entire interview was read from a script (rather awkwardly). It consisted of four thorough but drawn out questions designed for the STAR method. I felt that I answered these questions beyond sufficiently. I ultimately did not receive an offer. Although disappointed, my main grievance was how disengaged my final interviewers were prior to my first response. It was an immediate red flag to me from a culture standpoint. I do not feel I was appropriately evaluated and therefore felt negative about this experience.
