      Fraud Specialist Interview

      23 May 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Westerville, OH

I interviewed at Chase in Sept 2017

      Interview

Phone interview was more of a background check, plus what are you applying for, how much do you expect the salary is going to be. They do say that they have a competitive salary. After that, they send you an email invitation with a list of open positions and your appointment schedule including what to bring, a map to their building, plus directions so it's quite convenient if you're not familiar with the place. When I got to the place, there wasn't a big queue so I didn't have to wait too long to get called. The interview was okay, it included the usual questions plus the same background check. The interviewer I got seemed a little hard to impress, a bit intimidating. I'm not sure if this goes for all but after the interview, they tell you to wait 2 weeks for an email saying if you passed or not.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Westerville, OH) in Aug 2022

      Interview

Pretty much standard interview. No surprise questions, had time to ask a few questions also. Good interviewer, as he was currently a manager in same department. It took about 30 minutes for the entire interview.

      Fraud Specialist Interview

      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chase in Jun 2022

      Interview

I was contacted last week in regards to a Fraud specialist interview. I submitted my timeframe per the request and was informed the night before that my interview would be scheduled at a certain time with a certain executive. I was provided a zoom link and when it was time for the interview the zoom link was incorrect and for a completely different person (which is not unusual) however the interviewer never showed up (logged in) and I was left sitting for over 30 mins with no connection. During that time I reached out to the recruiter thinking maybe I was provided the wrong link however it has been over a day with no response and the position is marked as no longer being considered for position. This experience was the worst I have ever been through and very unprofessional. I have never been ghosted on a interview and if I was never considered an applicant I could have lived with that. The blatant disregard for my time and inconvenience is astonishing.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1
