There was the initial online application. I received an email a few days later for an in person interview. Following the interview (about 2 weeks later) I received another email for background check and fingerprint screening. There is an online orientation as a part of your new hire slideshow.

Interview was conducted via webcam. The interviewer was nice enough, but I was surprised to be offered a position right on the spot. I accepted, but have yet to start working because it took time for the background check. I expect to be working with them soon, however no one will respond to my emails or phone calls. I even sent an email and got a response saying that the server was not working.
