Chart Industries Cloud Engineer/Architect interview questions

Applied online, HR person called a month later for an onsite interview the next day with the hiring manager. Met with the hiring manager and one other person. Was told that I was the top candidate for the position and I would meet with Hr for onboarding. I was contacted a month later with a tentative offer but still no start date. A month later, still no official offer or start date. The process seems very unorganized and unprofessional. The company may have changed their mind, who knows.
