Interview
I was reached out via LinkedIn about the COM role and scheduled a 15 minute call with the recruiter. I’ve gone through a few interviews for similar roles, so had some expectations due to prior interviews with other companies. When I was on the phone with the recruiter I was left with 2 minutes to ask questions, which I had many since I have a huge heart for mental health and was interested in the role. I didn’t feel that there was enough time for me to talk about my experience, which was something I am usually asked about initially on interviews so I was confused on why that wasn’t even asked. The questions I did ask were very basic related to KPI’s and the day to day of a COM and I wasn’t given answers to either of those questions (very weird for a role like this). After the 15 minutes was up, I was “moved on to the next round”, but the next round was another interview with the recruiter for 30 minutes… I think this is a weird interview process personally, but I scheduled because I had an interest in learning about the role and company as a whole.
During the 30 minute (which I scheduled the following day), I was initially asked if I had any questions… very weird way to start an interview in my opinion. I was then asked very weirdly worded questions that made me feel dumb, but I honestly don’t feel like the way he was wording questions for me made much sense. We only took 10 minutes of the time and then I was told that I “brought great energy to the call”, but they have someone in final stages for the last open position. So basically just a waste of my time. I was told we would keep in touch, but I honestly don’t feel very confident in the company after the experience I had with the recruiter.

Interview
Extensive but for a reason. Initial exploratory call with recruiter, formal interview with direct supervisor and then another with the regional supervisor. Plus a case study/mock pitch that they score. Only 2% of applicants make it through

The process ended up being a lot more intense than I expected. In about a week, I went through four interviews, a very long behavioral assessment (200 questions), and had to prepare a mock pitch.
Everyone I spoke with was kind, but the overall process felt like a lot for one role, especially on such a tight timeline. It required a pretty big time commitment and some last minute schedule changes on my end.

Interview
Basic interview with a recruiter for screening. I was told I would be moving onto the next round, but received a rejection email a few days later. Terrible communication from my recruiter, very fake and misleading.
