I only did the initial interview with the recruiter. The recruiter was late and completely uninterested. The interview seemed very rushed and she had a horrible attitude. The conversation felt very transactional and was only about numbers, numbers, and numbers. I could tell immediately this was a position I would not further pursue. Way too many red flags.

The recruiter seemed uninterested from the start. I also applied for one role that was posted, and then set me up to interview for a different role. When I asked what happened, they said it was the same role. But they were posted on the website separately... Recruiter did not seem to know much about the role.
