I had several rounds of interviews, first an HR screener, then on the phone with who would have been my direct manager and then an in-person panel interview with the CEO, and two other team members.

Interview
Moved very fast. There were several rounds. Screener, with direct team and final interview with a panel of employees ranging from manager to CEO. It was very conversational along with time for me to ask questions and the C&C employees.

Interview
I met my supervisor and HR Director at a career fair on a Thursday, had a phone interview on Friday, four separate in-person interviews on Monday, and accepted the job on Tuesday. I loved how quickly I was able to move through the process!
