First interview by phone with Talent Acquisition went fairly well, though it seemed they were trying to read my résumé as they spoke. Second interview with manager over Teams, and couldn't turn on a camera so I was looking at my own face for over an hour. Third interview with other Team Leads went the same with two people talking with no cameras, and I was told I'd hear back soon. Three weeks went by and I had to call to ask if a determination had been made yet. It had not, they were still actively interviewing while already having selected a candidate.
