There is first a phone interview, then an in-person interview. The STAR format should be used for both interviews for optimal chances of getting an offer. The phone interview is about 15 minutes long and a lot easier than the in person interview. They are going to ask you open ended questions and they are going to want specific situations from your life that fit the STAR format. The in-person interview is similar to the phone interview, except it will be conducted by two regional managers. The in-person interview is also much more in depth and is about 30 minutes to an hour in length.
