Recruiter I worked with was not good at all. Tried to get information and feedback several times but never received a response.
Fairly normal questions. The interviews weren't bad and the people conducting the interviews were fine, but the time it takes from the start of the process to the end is ridiculous. Schwab is VERY slow in their interview process. It was 5+ months from my first interview to the offer. Never once did they hit a deadline of contacting me when they said they would. It took me sending multiple emails a week or more after they said they would contact me to find out I was selected for the next interview. I turned the offer down due to how long the interview process was. If I needed to fill a spot on my team quickly, I had zero confidence that would happen. Do not apply here if you are looking to get a job quickly.

Cybersecurity and program management, responsible for leading the execution of complex and large-scale projects.Experience leading content discussion around incident investigation efforts and effectively coordinate communications.

Screening with a recruiter, one interview with hiring manager. Situational based questions based on relatable positions. Expect detailed answers. There may be second interviews. It can take two to four weeks for call back. There is a background check that can take up to ten days.
