2-3 rounds with different hiring managers . First round getting to know you . Your background, projects and what your role was . Second round is technical , understanding roadmap , Agile metrics how you calculate them , Kanban
Went through 3 different interviews only to have them cancel the final interview 10 MINUTES BEFORE IT STARTED!!!! Unbelievably unprofessional! I actually interviewed for a few different roles only to have them make offers to other candidates while my interviewing was still in process. WTF? Additional glassdoor and other reviews show this company has similar issues across the board. The recruiter kept trying to convince me that this is not modis operandi but it appears otherwise. Scrum Master manager really liked me and recommended me but apparently old school won out?!?
