Multiple interviews and a very long time between background check and hire date. Sone of my colleagues had a 3 month wait from interview till hire date. They were in no hurry to hire, and no communication during the process. Once hired no formal on boarding or training. Sink or swim mentality.

Very straightforward interview process. Incredibly responsive with clear next steps. It seems four rounds is the norm but it may depend on the department you're applying to. I was given an offer at the end of the interview while still on the call.
