I met with 2 hiring managers from the company who conducted the interview using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). I was asked questions regarding my former employment history and how I handled certain situations, supplemented by the results of the actions I took in those situations.

First I had a phone interview with an HR representative to go over my background and salary expectations. If they want to move forward with you, they will schedule and interview with two hiring managers who will ask a lot of behavioral questions. They expect the STAR method for answering and will want detailed stories as opposed to vague generalizations.
