Fairly straightforward process, some questions about culture and what the candidate wants in an ideal workspace that caught me off guard. Overall, mostly standard interview questions with some questions on culture that I was not expecting.

What is the one thing in a workplace that you would not be able to work with?
Two phone screen interviews and then one interview in person. Phone screen interviews consisted of getting to my past experience and my skillsets. Got the offer on the phone the next week.
