Very detailed and easy. Charles rivers walks you through everything and have procedures throughout the interview process that they follow pretty tightly. They use the S.T.A.R method for interviewing. The interview is the interviewee and three upper management individuals.

Interview
Pretty all over the place. I was part of the 2021 rapid hire groups. I was originally invited to interview for a completely different job than I applied for and had to further inquire about the job I had actually applied for and attend an additional interview day. Everyone at the initial interview day had also been called to interview for the wrong position as well. I heard a variety of timelines from mine only being a couple weeks until I was hired to my coworkers who waited months and had to get filler jobs in the meantime due to lost paperwork/drug test results etc
