Despite the interview being excessively long, it went well. Questions were centered on CMOs, Batch Record Reviews, as well as GMPs. Moreover, I would've enjoyed if the interview did not last as long as an hour for an entry-level position.

The interview was very engaging and informative of what Cognate Bioservices aims to achieve through their daily production activities of therapeutics. Also, it allowed the interviewee to ask a few questions about the diversity of the company.
