I had a phone interview after a week of application, the HR asked me some general questions, like if you are Ok with animal dosing or blood collection. The HR then gave an overview of the job role, the company and the benefits. Cuz I am still waiting for my working visa for approval, the HR said I may contact her again after that.

A little intense, you are expected to know a bit about them. Overall the interview wasn’t bad and gave me a little bit of knowledge on what to expect if I were hired.
Easy, there was a tour and then we just talked about the job. barely any questions and definitely no traditional interview questions. It was much better than any other interview I have done.
