It took three months from the day I applied on the website, to the day I started. I was called by a member of the HR staff the day after I applied online, she conducted a quick phone interview that day and discussed some position details. She called back several days later to conduct a more thorough phone interview, and to schedule an in-person interview with a manager at the site. After the in-person interview, I did not hear anything for weeks. About a month later I was called and offered a job on the team. The start date was four weeks away to account for the once a month orientation schedule that they have at the site.
