The interview process was quick and easy. The hiring team was diligent in following up and very respectful. Many interviewers wanted to go through my background and expertise, which is expected. I believe it took around three weeks from initial screening to offer.
I interviewed at Charles River Laboratories (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Great interview, recruiters and hiring managers were very responsive. Interview process was well structured and conducted by the appropriate people. Questions were relevant to the role and it gave me a good understand of role, responsibilities and company's culture.

Question 1
How would you handle feedback from an unhappy customer?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charles River Laboratories (Wilmington, MA) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process was quite long, but not particularly difficult. My frustration is that after going through two interviews and an additional half day visit to the site for another two interviews, they never even bothered to tell me I didn't get the job. I took time off from work and put myself in potential danger in the middle of a pandemic, but even after following up multiple times over the course of several weeks, I was consistently told I was a "very strong contender" and that I would hear back one way or the other by a particular date. Yet, I was never told I didn't get the position. I had to go to the job website to see the posting had been taken down. This experience has completely turned me off from this company as a whole. It shows they don't value other people's time (which was already somewhat apparent during the interviews) and is simply inexcusable in a world of email.
