I apologize for what appears to be an unacceptable miscommunication. All of our applicants receive an acknowledgement of their application with an update on next steps. We are fortunate that we receive many qualified applicants and occasionally we will contact individuals down the road when a new opening may be a good fit. It sounds like the logistics in this case went poorly, and for that I am sorry. Thank you for sharing this feedback with us so that we can continue to improve.
