Interview
I was interviewed by my soon to be manager. The interview took about 45 minutes and included a perfect mix of both technical and personal questions. My interviewer was very pleasant and patient, and guided me throughout the entire process. I got an offer about a week later and was happy to accept it.

Phone call and face to face interview. Some tech questions. Home test and CEO interview afterward.
They offer me a bad salary so I decline the offer. The process was not so bad but I felt somthing is not right there..
