Very clear and thorough interview process. Easy to understand the job and expectations. Lots of rounds let you meet more people on the team. They definitely liked that I did my research on the company.

Interview
The process consisted of three rounds in total, and I advanced through the first two. The first round was a recruiter screen, which lasted about 50 minutes. The second round was a 30-minute interview with the SVP of Account Management.
Although I did not move forward to the final round, I truly appreciated the opportunity to progress in the process and connect with the team.
I especially want to highlight my experience with their Lead Recruiter, Daniela. She was extremely thorough and consistently responsive throughout the entire process, which goes a long way, especially in one of the toughest job markets to date. She was kind, communicative, and genuinely caring in her approach.
Daniela represented the company exceptionally well and made the experience a positive one from start to finish. Channel Factory is very lucky to have her.

Interview
Pretty straightforward and easy. There wasn’t much question on technical skills. Alot of the focus was on character and personality. Although it is important to really show that you are keen in the role.
