A recruiter was supposed to call me at 10 to discuss the position. They did eventually call, but about 10 minutes late. I let her know it was okay (it happens) and we moved on into the interview, but because the interview started late I was extremely conscious of the time and my interview felt rushed. There was also a little bit of a language barrier. The recruiter also had an accent that I had a hard time understanding at times. I feel like there are only so many times that you can ask for clarification before it feels rude, so at some point I just said "thank you" even though I still didn't know what she said. Not a great interview in my opinion, but that may not be representative of how their interviews usually go.
