From the very beginning, Roopali was incredibly professional, personable, and supportive. She made sure I was well-prepared and comfortable at each stage of the process. The interview was thorough and covered common scenarios engineering managers face. The on-site was virtual and covered two days where I met with 9 different people. I had a 45minute conversation with each person I met with. After spending hours interviewing over multiple days, they ghosted me. To this day, I’ve yet to receive my rejection. I ended up getting offers from Meta and ByteDance. I chose ByteDance 🎊🍾🎉
