Fairly easy process, both a video and in person interview, Easy and default questions and were very accommodating of everyone. No practical part as I was applying for a apprenticeship role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Champneys (Linchmere, England)
Interview
From own experience and through talking to colleagues, very much varies by interviewer. I was taken to the knowledge pod (a conference room) and interviewed by the head of the entire resort. Essentially went through CV, asked about sort of general plans/why I'm applying for F&B, favourite thing about being a server etc.
Interview questions [6]
Question 1
Are you more of a team player or work individually?
Scenario question about how I would deal with lots of people ordering at once and some people trying to get my attention whilst I was serving others, and also being informed there was a spillage somewhere
Very relaxed and friendly
Interviewer made me feel comfortable
I did a nail paint and massage as a trade test and passed. Keep constant pressure for massage- ask is the pressure is ok etc
