All there was to do in this process was to show up. They explain all of the rolls of the different levels of guards. They also provide details of how every thing should go if the person is hired. after that, they drug test you and if you pass you get the job.There was no negotiation. they gave me hours to work the following week.

Interview process was very quick, on the spot offer of employment , the manager who conducted interview was very professional and efficient . After the interview I took a drug test on the spot, I started working within the next week. They also got my background check back very quick. I will also note I was hired as a fill in , I was quickly moved up to 30hrs a week .i would recommend this job to someone new in the security field looking to gain experience
