Utilised scenario-based responses rather than typical CV/resume approach to encourage inclusion and diversity. Friendly interviewees and the organisation ensure you have a 30-minute informal chat at the beginning of the interview with someone not on the interview panel to help ease the nerves.
It was a straight forward interview process. I was offered feedback and accepted, but they never got back to me with any. Since this interview involved a written task, it would be nice that the effort I was put in was reciprocated.
