I was told interview would take 2 hours and they insisted on meeting either mid-morning or mid-afternoon, so I had to take PTO from current job to interview. I asked HR if they could shift the time at all and I was told there was no flexibility. I sent thank you notes after the interview and HR said I would hear when they finished the first round, but 4 weeks later I haven't heard a thing. I emailed HR after 3 weeks and got no response. I don't mind getting rejected but NO response after a 2 hour in-person interview is unprofessional and unacceptable.
