Interview by panel comprises Manager , a team manager and an employee.
Given a date to attend an interview, the panel asked 6 questions, I was given option to ask questions.

Love how smoothly it went and how case scenarios were broken down. Was able to answer all questions as they were not too complex, lasted not too long. Just the right time it should I suppose

Interview
Online interview with the board, asked 9 STAR questions. Got feedback from the interview within 24hours. Second interview stage is an assessment at one of the supported living homes which is closest to you. Mine was a twenty minute walk away which was convenient.
