Offer was extended well below industry average. Submitted counter offer still below industry salary range. They rescinded the offer just because I attempted to negotiate which is just standard business practice. Heard from others inside company that this place is very toxic, so I am grateful that they did rescind offer. They just terminated the HR Director after their merger. So, a lot of red flags. HR department is a total joke, appear to be just a bunch of girlfriends out of college who know nothing about the real world or corporations.
