6 month application and interview process. Pretty informal compared to other government interviews. First interview was with a panel of 3 people and second interview was with 2 people. The questions weren’t particularly difficult - seemed like the interview process was more to sus out personality and chemistry. The typing test for this position is ridiculous and unnecessary
Very simple process and easy interview but does take a while to get back to you so be patient if you really want it. Background check along with dr*g test required.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cerritos, CA (Cerritos, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Panel interview with HR manager, GIS manager, and third personnel whose position I can't remember. They started asking about my background, education, and GIS experience and asked less than ten questions after that.
